How to: Setup your Uniquemail Standard Mail account in Windows Live Mail

Step 1:

Open Windows Live Mail, then click the Add an e-mail account button.



Step 2:

• Enter your new Uniquemail email address in the E-Mail Address field
• Enter the password you supplied during registration in the Password field.
• Enter the name you would like to appear in your email messages in the Display Name field.
• Check the Manually configure server settings for e-mail account option.
• Click Next.

Step 3:

• Select POP3 in the incoming server drop-down list.
• Enter pop3.live.com in the Incoming server field.
• Enter 995 in the incoming server Port  field.
• Check the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) option.
• Select the Clear text authentication option in the Log on using drop-down list.
• Enter your complete email address in the Logon ID field.
• Enter smtp.live.com in the Outgoing server  field.
• Enter 25 in the outgoing server Port  field.
• Check the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) option.
• Check the My outgoing server requires authentication option.
• Click Next.

Step 4:

Click the Finish button to complete the account setup.
