Can't Send Email - How to use your ISP's outgoing SMTP Server
If you can receive email at yourname@yourdomain.com, but are having difficulties sending email, it's likely that your ISP has a policy in place that forces you to use their SMTP server for all outgoing email. In these cases you will need to setup your email account to use your ISP's outgoing SMTP server rather than the SMTP Server provided by Uniquemail.com
Who is effected:
The practice of ISP's blocking 3rd party SMTP servers is increasing, thus this issue is rated as common. Please note that this issue only effects the sending of email messages when using a desktop email client or mobile device. Receiving of email messages is not effected, and Webmail is also uneffected by this practice.
How to setup email client to use your ISP's SMTP Server:
As implementations differ from ISP to ISP, please refer to your ISP's support department for information on the correct SMTP server settings you need to apply in your email software. Unfortunately given the sheer amount of ISP's out there, and the variety of configuration variations they use we are unable to give you specific guidance on the settings your ISP will require you to use.
